A successful lighting project at the football field of Comune di Arcore, Italy

In this project at the football field of Comune di Arcore, located in Italy, we implemented an advanced lighting solution that meets the highest quality standards. We achieved professional lighting uniformity with only 4 projectors of 1500W on each 20-meter-high lighting tower. This project was developed entirely in collaboration with A.D. impianti elettrici di Aliprandi Davide and the sports club U.S.A. Casati di Arcore, ensuring an impeccable execution.

Proposed Lighting Solution

The lighting design focused on providing homogeneous illumination across the field, using OLYMPIC II projectors of 1500W, with a color temperature of 5700K, and an optimized projection angle to ensure visibility in all areas of the field

Installed Products:

• 12 OLYMPIC II projectors – 1500W.
• 4 OLYMPIC II projectors – 1500W, with a 60° beam distribution.
• 4 COLPII-B covers – Technical supports designed to ensure efficient installation.

• Achieved lighting uniformity: 0.6, ideal for semi-professional fields according to European standards.
• Optimized energy consumption without compromising lighting quality.

Lighting Results and Energy Efficiency

The project was designed to ensure professional and efficient lighting throughout the field, without requiring an excessive number of projectors. This approach reduces energy consumption while enhancing the visual experience for both players and spectators

• Average illuminance (Em): 228 lx.
• Minimum illuminance (Emin): 140 lx.
• Uniformity ratio (Emin/Em): 0.62.
• Compliance: European standards for semi-professional sports field lighting.
